Meet Dr. G

My mission is to change the landscape of education within a society that has historically denied education to people of color who are underserved and under-represented.

I am an experienced speaker, emcee, and facilitator, who provides insights on Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, Organizational Dynamics, Community Relations, Leadership Development & Enhancement, Team Development, Conflict Management, and DEI - all while keeping audiences actively engaged.

Changing the landscape of education

Leadership is not just a role I hold; it is a responsibility I carry, with love, conviction, and unwavering commitment to liberation.

I was born and raised in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn—a place that shaped my grit, purpose, and passion for service. From a young age, I was leading and giving back—whether as president of state-wide youth organizations or founding initiatives that still exist today. At five years old, I told my mom I wanted to be a doctor who didn’t deal with blood—because even then, I knew I was called to heal systems and serve people through education and leadership.

For the past 28 years, I’ve served as a teacher, staff developer, assistant principal, and founding principal of a high school with a 100% graduation rate. Today, I lead as a Community School Facilitator, Affiliate Professor, Certified Conflict Manager, Core Strengths Facilitator, and Inaugural Director of Training and Development for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where I build national and international learning systems that transform people and organizations.

Disruption is my calling. Liberation is my commitment.
